Meghan is a Marriage and Family Therapist who has worked with children, adolescents and adults on a variety of issues they may be struggling with. Depression, family or marital stress, healthy relationships, excessive anxiety and low self-esteem are common struggles people may tackle through therapy. Additionally, she works with the LGBTQ community including teens or adults with gender identity issues and couples in non-conforming lifestyles. Meghan strives to use warmth, understanding, and creativity in a strength-based approach with clients.

Tina has years of experience helping individuals with a variety of issues including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, self-injury, relationship issues, anger management, stress management, loss/grief issues, and difficulties with life changes. She sees adults, adolescents, couples, and families using a collaborative, calm approach to treatment. Her goal is to help you find the answers and healing needed to get you closer to reaching your life goals.

Will received his Master’s degree in School Counseling in 2018 and has been working in schools with students between 6th-12th grade since. He recognizes the stress and pressure adolescents are facing stemming from social issues, gender and sexual identity issues, academic concerns, and decisions around their college and career plans. He uses his creative and compassionate approach to help clients understand their stress and anxiety and find healthy ways to manage those emotions. His experience in the schools has been a great strength to help teens navigate ways to get their needs met and find success in balancing their mental health and academic success. He enjoys helping adolescents, young adults, and their families find ways to build confidence and achieve a healthy well-being.

Brittany Gruver is licensed as a Clinical Social Worker as well as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Brittany began her career working as a probation officer in multiple different assignments, ending in Mental Health and Veterans Court, before transitioning into her role as a police social worker. With her unique understanding of the culture of law enforcement and current stressors that first responders are facing, she works with these individuals to get their needs met. She sees individuals and couples who are facing the trauma of being on the frontline to strengthen their stress management, emotion regulation, and relationships.
Garilynn is an empathic, dedicated clinical therapist with a variety of experience in community mental health, child welfare and private practice. She works with children, adolescents and adults by providing evidence based therapeutic interventions to work on emotional, behavioral, psychological, and relational issues. Dr. Winterbottom provides a comfortable and safe space for individuals, couples, and families to build their motivation for change, learn coping skills, and connect to a deeper understanding of their needs. Her primary areas of clinical practice include Cognitive Behavioral techniques, Person-Centered Care, and Family Systems modalities.

Susan has experience working in the medical field through various settings and roles. She recognized her passion to engage with patients and help them through a multilevel approach to overall mental wellness and chose to direct her training and licensing in clinical counseling through Trinity Christian College in 2016. Susan works with adults who feel stuck and want to grow to find their best self. She is passionate about identifying their strengths and building resilience. Her warm, compassionate approach allows clients to feel supported while they work through the difficulties life throws and to feel safe in making the growth they are looking for. Susan appreciates looking at the whole self and all that contributes to our growth and mental health.
With over 26 years of dedicated experience in educational settings, Carolyn brings a rich background in supporting students and families through various social and emotional challenges. She holds a Master of Social Work from Loyola University Chicago (1996) and has a Professional Educator License as both a School Social Worker and School Counselor. Carolyn has worked in elementary, middle, and high school environments, offering individual, group, and crisis counseling to address issues such as anxiety, emotional regulation, and motivation. Her work is characterized by a strong collaborative spirit, engaging with parents, educators, and external agencies to provide holistic support and achieve positive outcomes. Utilizing evidence-based approaches including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Carolyn's approach is both strength-based and client-centered. She is committed to meeting clients where they are, tailoring her therapeutic methods to fit individual needs while fostering a supportive and empowering environment.
